As a graduate designer, I worked for many years as Head of Design in well-known, high-quality fashion companies and was primarily responsible for concept, colouring, fabric selection and styling. Creative work, constantly developing new ideas and crafting is my vocation, to create exclusive fashion always a beloved challenge......until one day a small dog puppet entered my fashion stage.
It was part of our new measuring equipment and immediately inspired, I designed a dog coat for the little lady dog, naturally matching the collection, with the same fabrics and the same styling. The customers were thrilled and what started as a funny idea soon manifested itself as a concrete business model:
